Refund and Returns Policy

1. Strict No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once sold.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

We only allow exchange under the following conditions:

Item received is defective
Item received is incorrect (wrong product/size sent by us)

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

3. Exchange Conditions To qualify for exchange:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Proof of purchase must be provided 

4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for exchange:

Sale or promotional items
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items without original tags or packaging
Size mismatch (if correct size was shipped)
Change of mind

5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Email us at admin@stellarstylefashion.com
Provide order details and photos of the issue
Wait for approval before sending the item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Shipping for Exchange
Customer bears return shipping cost unless error is from our side
Replacement item shipping cost may apply

7. Inspection Rights
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the item does not meet our conditions.
